Lumino Privacy Policy
Lumino is an invite-only school management app for small education programs. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account and contact information, such as name, phone number, email address, role, invite code, class, campus, teacher, parent, and student relationships.
- Student and class records, such as attendance, leave requests, homework checks, exam scores, knowledge tags, notes, tuition records, payment status, and payment proof images if uploaded.
- User content, such as classroom photos, videos, voice notes, transcripts, messages, comments, feedback text, and feedback screenshots.
- Technical information needed to operate and support the app, such as user ID, app build, device model, iOS version, and diagnostic context included with feedback.
How We Use Information
- To provide class, student, attendance, record, message, fee, and family communication features.
- To keep data synced between authorized principals, teachers, and parents.
- To troubleshoot support requests and improve reliability.
- To protect accounts and restrict access to invited school communities.
Sharing
Lumino does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Information is shared only with authorized users inside the relevant school or class, and with service providers needed to run the app.
Service Providers
Lumino uses Firebase and related Google services for authentication, database storage, file storage, and app infrastructure. These providers process information only to help operate the app.
Children and Students
Lumino is designed for use by schools, teachers, and parents. Schools and families are responsible for using the app with proper permission for student information and classroom media.
Data Choices and Deletion
To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact us at [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for school operations, billing records, safety, or legal obligations.
